The communist socialist democratic (in our sphere only) left has since Roosevelt used legal tactics and the courts to cram horse manure down the throats of American's that they could not pass as policy. Stacking the courts will rubber stamper liberal judges completed the circle. The height of judicial system abuse was reached by Obama. Think. How many executive orders did he use to make law, and no judge struck it down. No fight going on. Explain why the courts aren't letting Trump have the same power.
Trump is putting conservative judges in mass onto the court. He has named 2 such judges already to the Supreme Court, and more may come.
All of these nut socialist ideas of Berne or Oroso-Castro will ever be enacted into national law, but might be forced onto us a bit at a time by the legal system and activist lawyers.
Trump being in a position to fight against this is a good reason, no matter how scummy Trump is, to keep him in office.
