The chaos caught the attention of some senior Republicans who criticized Mr. Trump during his campaign but said after he won that they would not necessarily rule out joining his administration or advising him.

Eliot A. Cohen, a former State Department official, said on Twitter that after having spoken to Mr. Trump’s team, he had “changed my recommendation: stay away. They’re angry, arrogant, screaming ‘you LOST!’ Will be ugly.”

I don't think Ben Carson is the best person to dismantle the Dept of Education.
His background is in hacking away at the human brain, so the pick makes sense

Apparently there is a bill that has passed both houses already(though it will have to pass again once the 115th congress starts) that could be ready immediately for trump to sign that would allow churches to donate openly to political campaigns again and apparently trump has made mention that he would sign such a bill.  So, there's that.

This is false. Congress hasn't been in session since the article listed below. Not only that but this article makes it seem as if it's not something Congress can do, it's tax code.

In the middle of a podcast about this right now from the Center for Inquiry.  They are saying that it all has to do with repealing the Johnson Amendment to the portion of the tax code that relates to non-profits.

Here is an article I just found via google on the johnson amendment.  http://www.deseretnews.com/article/865658366/The-long-2-and-surprising-2-history-behind-the-IRS-ban-on-churches-endorsing-political-candidates.html?pg=all

Folks on TV reported that HRC had written both victory and concession speeches because of a fear of jinx.  But, I actually think he hadn't, so maybe she should have?  Tough to say.

Ben Carson realized that he is too stupid to be in the White House. Too bad Trump didn't realize the same thing before it was too late.

It is kind of low hanging fruit, but still hilarious that people thought she was smart.   I mean good flying spaghetti monster, go read the transcripts from the Goldman Sachs speeches, how could any of the people attending think for a second she knew WTF she was talking about?   She rolled on like someone who had fallen on their head and been concussed.

knowing he doesn't know enough to head a portion of the govt is strong evidence that he's quite intelligent.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.
