Looks like college students all across the country are about to get mumped up. I think this is a mistake that could have been handled better.

A long time handling large government clients at the Fed-State-Local level and related NGO’s.
Rinse and repeat this 1000’s of times over.

has anyone seen Late Night With the Devil?
I would recommend putting everything in bitcoin into an S&P or total stock market fund asap. I use VTSAX (but VOO is great too)
Also are you maxing out the 401k beyond the match? you should probably do that as well if you aren't already and have too much cash to know what to do with.
I've had three different people send me the pic of her and Talia Bon Oelhoffen in Mexico. I'm glad women's basketball has a lot of new fans, but holy hell there's a crap load of horny dudes absorbing this content. Gabby also needed help from someone with better monetizing her stuff.Does the athletic dept have a program to keep players safe from stalkers and psychos? There was a guy at the CU game holding up a "CALL ME GABBY" sign with his phone#. I thought it was just cringey but my daughter was like "that is really gross and potentially scary and I hope he isn't stalking her IRL."
I need a show to watch when my I'm rolling solo. Preferably something with 40min episodes or less, with like, 5/7 attention or less required. If I'm changing a diaper or heating up a bottle, I don't want to have to worry about pausing it. But if it requires 7/7 attention and you're 100% sure I'll like it enough to rewind it, then fire away.
I'm thinking Shrinking is first up, but that shouldn't take too long to knock out.
Prime. Second episode was fun as well.LOADS of insider nods to game concepts.
I'm jizzed to check it out. What platform?
I know #BBN and I might be gEing a little bit here but why would a person with any other options in life voluntarily move to either Arkansas or Kentucky?
I'm a couple episodes into Fallout. It has potential to be top notch, but it could very easily get too cartoonish. We shall find out!
I wonder if Kentucky would dare to go after Bill Self?
That would make no sense. I'm seeing Hurley, Oats, Donovan, Drew.
What flavors we talkin here, bucket?
Sadly, reminds me of some family members.
I actually wish I had some of these folks in my family for fun. Closest i have is some thot who texts me the most recent maga stuff. Latest is that the big AT&T outage was a trial run for some crazy crap that will happen during the eclipse INCLUDING EARTHQUAKES!
the crossroads location is the correct location. increase the density downtown block by block, don’t over complicate it. this didn’t fail because of the location, it failed because the confluence of other factors related to poor communication.this poll only had 233 votes from whatever twitter users happened to see it, but still. It's so dang obvious

I'm still opposed to giving a dickhead billionaire taxpayer money, but i've talked to multiple people and seen this same thing in many other places. This would have probably passed if they had just stuck with the east village and/or not changed it at the last minute. Seeing money flow to an area that is basically vacant is much more appealing than the Crossroads spot at least to me. Neither is economically advantageous to anyone but the owners, but at least a new area of the city would be built up a bit.
I think the “we’re not giving public funds to billionaires” is certainly a reason some voted no, but as this process evolved, there’s much more at play here to drive the “no” vote.
In addition to a citizenry worn down and betrayed by their county leaders on previous tax issues, the Royals and Chiefs themselves played a massive part in this loss. You have a stadium that is regarded around the game as a jewel that the team’s owner wants to demolish. You have self-imposed deadlines that you miss not by days or weeks but by months. You have concrete cancer in one stadium but not the other. You have businesses that will be uprooted from a beloved arts district. You have an incredibly vague Community Benefits Agreement that was delivered late in the process. Here’s the big one: You have billionaires asking for $2 billion in tax money without presenting a coherent plan for what they are going to do with that money.
“Trust us,” they told the electorate of Jackson County.
“Get bent,” the electorate told them back.
