Seeking positive reactions to corresponding actions is hard-wired into us for the advancement of life. What's not to like?

I wonder what prompted PW to be like, "Welp, looks like it's the right time for me to go ahead and do an AMA."

How long do you think a BBS post should be?  Like, word count.

PoetWarrior(1) is(2) the(3) best(4) message(5) board(6) poster(7) in(8) the(9) history(10) of(11) the(12) world(13).

Thirteen.

Its a shame that you went to fourteen.  You were almost the best.

Do you think Hitler gets anally sodomized by a pineapple everyday like is suggested in the Adam Sandler classic Little Nicky.

If Hitler did not repent of his sins and place all of his faith in Jesus Christ, he's getting worse than that.

Actually, just make it infinity pineapples and a copy of the old testament.  It's all complete bullshit anyway.

Who is your favorite goEMAW.com poster

I am.

You boast, indeed, of being obliged to no other creature, but of drawing and spinning out all from yourself; that is to say, if we may judge of the liquor in the vessel by what issues out, you possess a good plentiful store of dirt and poison in your breast; and, though I would by no means lesson or disparage your genuine stock of either, yet I doubt you are somewhat obliged, for an increase of both, to a little foreign assistance. Your inherent portion of dirt does not fall of acquisitions, by sweepings exhaled from below; and one insect furnishes you with a share of poison to destroy another. So that, in short, the question comes all to this: whether is the nobler being of the two, that which, by a lazy contemplation of four inches round, by an overweening pride, feeding, and engendering on itself, turns all into excrement and venom, producing nothing at all but flybane and a cobweb; or that which, by a universal range, with long search, much study, true judgment, and distinction of things, brings home honey and wax.
Well, well, this explains it all.  :surprised:

Did you ever use that Brian Eno track (from The Jacket) that I pm'd you about a long time ago?

If so can you post a link so I can watch/ listen.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

its something to work towards, that if you are a good person in this life, you will be rewarded in the next by going to heaven.

A Christian should not and cannot believe this^. Salvation can't be earned or worked towards. There is no "I've done enough." Only a reliance on Christ for it all.

Ephesians 2: And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
what about James 2:14-26?

I don't know or care what color they were.

You don't wonder what the first human beings looked like?  Didn't God create Adam in his image thus we know what God looks like?

Not especially. I think "image" is a broader idea than his physical attributes.
