WC, sorry to hear. Do agree to get out of that industry, though. Get back into software sales or try medical related sales stuff. Both are going to be around and strong, industry wise, for a long time.

Hard to believe that Steve has been gone for over 3 years.

Wacky, get out there and find a great job. I think you knew all along that this last job was just a paycheck. Working for a paycheck sucks balls. Wake up tomorrow and write your old company a letter thanking them for paying you for an extra two weeks while you go out and find something that can become a career that you enjoy and not just a paycheck that leads to a better paycheck.

Who gives a crap about getting let go in a downsizing? That happens quite a bit. Keep your head up!
