New Belgium Brewery donates $4.3 million to CSU stadium for naming rights to the "New Belgium Porch."  We'll be drinking the good stuff on game day!

http://www.reporterherald.com/sports/ci_30221689/colorado-state-taps-into-local-source

The porch will be located in front of the north endzone (open end of the horseshoe).

Yep, but only for that "little" drink stand.  Naming rights for the stadium are still available.  From what I've heard, they're waiting until after the Big 12 decides on expansion to enter into serious negotiations on the naming rights (for obvious reasons).

Thats cute that you have to sell stadium naming rights to help pay for it.

New Belgium is good, a party porch designed for 1,500 people selling beer is good, having a good quality brewery for the naming rights and exclusive pour right for that are is good, but GMAFB, $4.3m? Lol similar rights at a school worth a damn would be more than 3x that.

not sure why John didn't get Tallgrass to fork over a bunch of money for Tallgrass Landing, with taps built right into the limestone.

I wish these bets were available when I was in Vegas a couple weeks ago.  I would've definitely put a wager on CSU.

The only way CSU gets in if the conference goes to 16 and Boise State says no.

New Belgium is meh. Great Divide would have been better.

New Belgium is a Fort Collins company started by CSU grads, and they do make some decent beers.  I think it makes good sense for both CSU and New Belgium.

That's interesting.  What are the Vegas odds of Boise St joining?

How about you and your sense making return to whatever cesspool that passes as CSU bbs'ing these days?

Why their "hold" on the Denver market is blown WAY out of proportion

CBS Sports picks conference games first in the MWC which is the channel CSU usually plays on.  How many people have that?

CSU Future OOC Schedule.  Looks pretty tough in 2017, especially if we join the Big 12.
