Yeah I had to look it up. I'd say if he's full european decent he's white, have any native/anyone else he's mestizo, and full native he's "latino" or native but not white. So w/e his lineage is I'd go with that.
no, latino/hispanic doesn't have anything to do with race. i meant wrong because logically, hispanic should refer to anyone from a country with a culture derived from the iberian peninsula, which would include portugal.
