right around the time blackcats first posted, our mutual jayhawk banker buddy asked me what I thought about BV as the potential next head coach.  at the time I didnt think anything of it, but now the timing intrigues me

OMB does know lots of wealthy western Kansas people.  Our mutual higher donor friends fiancee seemed to think there was no chance at all, but he was also pak'd and real aloof.  Just said "we're gonna be stuck with Sean."

That was my entry on the predicto thread, not a sourced fact.

Honestly, there was more chatter last year at this time than there is right now...but then again BV had been in MHK in Dec 2014.

Don't assistant contracts have bonus for staying on till signing day and some other restrictions for leaving before. If BV had kids he thought he could get to MHK he would just need to get them to hold off on signing.

Another part would be a current coaches would probably finish their current term of their contract. When does that end? Signing day.

 

We need an expert.
