Idea for the mods: can we add a bracketology tab on gE and see about getting some combo of PP and _fan’s predictos added to the bracket matrix?

Not that anyone cares about the NIT but if they seed the way they normally do, bubble darling Oklahoma State, may not even get a home game with their atrocious RPI.

Tcu ended up being 10 spots better than us (24,34).  Still think that was too much. I had it 6 spots (26,32)

Top 2 teams in A10, RIU and St Bony.  Don't understand the 14 spot difference here (28,42)

Rhode Island=
25-7, 15-3
2-6 vs Q1
4-0 vs Q2
19-1 vs Q3-Q4
SOS 59
Road 7-4
Wins away from home= 1 Q1, 1 Q2
Wins vs Tourney teams = 6

St Bony=
25-7, 14-4
3-4 vs Q1
6-0 vs Q2
16-3 vs Q3-Q4
SOS 89
Road 9-4
Wins away from home = 2 Q1, 3 Q2
Wins vs Tourney teams = 4

Yes, nice job PP!

Thanks guys.  I enjoy doing it.  I was able to get 36 of the 46 teams within 0-2 spots of their "overall seed" so I felt like I did somewhat good. But Creighton, St Bony and WV I missed the boat I guess.

At least KState got in the 8 vs 9 game like many thought ( just wish Xavier was our 1 seed)

PP I think the only difference in Xavier or UVA is we'd lose by 8-10 against Xavier and 15-20 against UVA

USC's coach was pissed. What no doubtly  doomed them was N Mexico St was the only tourney team they beat.  Sometimes you just can't simply look at a resume in "numbers format"

23-11, 14-7 in all vs P12
34 RPI
39 SOS
4-6 vs Q1
5-4 vs Q2
14-1 vs Q3-Q4

They won vs Middle Tennessee, Vandy and a bunch of middle of the pack Pac-12 teams.  0-5 vs Arizona, Ucla, Asu (also lost to OU and Texas AM).

It won't be easy to beat either, but never know.  Louisville and Notre Dame, 2 teams not in the Tourney... 1 had Virginia beat and had a meltdown late, the other was down 2 with under a minute (both in last 11 days).

Xavier last 6 games included getting drilled at home by Nova, a narrow 3 pt win at 195 RPI DePaul and a loss to Providence in B.E. Tourney

Oh man, I talked to a friend that is a Nebraska fan and he was ticked about their 5 seed (and no home game) in the NIT.

I don't do the whole field like PP, but I missed on USC and St. Mary's plus I didn't have Syracuse in the field.

I guess we have to take the NCAA at their word when they say they don't orchestrate match-ups.

Although the KSU/Foster game is juicy, the committee could have easily put Mizzou in the same bracket as KU and also had A&M and UT play in the first round.

I think Mizzou was pretty destined for the 4th #1 seed with Porter returning.

South Carolina appears to have not made the field this year. How sad.
