It's almost like the architect doesn't make that call. Almost like he/she has to adhere to planning commission recommendations and guidelines for their elevations to get plans approved.  :dunno:

Guess it's like HOA covenants. Somebody wrote the first guidelines and it's been copy and paste from there for planning commissions.
