Rhoads isn't taking any job at KU that isn't the head coach. He will get a better offer or he can afford to wait for a better one.

proud paul could do play by play for mack on espn2 and i would watch the crap out of it

I think the conference road wins thing is actually the funniest part

The main take away from this is that Todd Reesing was a huge stud.

I'm still LOL'ing about gameday in Lawrence.   I bet the majority of stadium workers (scant few) were pissed they had to go to the game.   I can only imagine the mindset of management . . . KU vs K-State, it's a little cold and wet, so let's just do the bare minimum and get on with it.   Did they wait until just before kick off to turn on the scoreboard?    What a Lowrent operation.

I enjoyed being there Saturday and we had great seats.  I don't mind the stadium from the councourse.  However, there was not much game day atmosphere inside.  I don't generally pay attention to pre game band performance, but the Cats pre game band show from entry until kickoff is pretty dang good.  And the KSU crowd was definitely louder, though I am not sure what the split was in number of fans from each school.
It was just fun being there for another win.

is there anything more fun than K-S-U Wildcats!'ing in an opposing team's stadium when the game is well in hand?  Holy moly, what a surge of endorphins.

How bad do the next 2 years need to be for them to put together the worst 10 year stretch in college football history?

So my group left with about two minutes left in the game, and walking to our car on the northeast side of the stadium, there was literally no one on the streets with us, and that is no exaggeration. Once we were out of the stadium, you would have never known there was a game that night. Really kind of weird. But getting out of town was nice, zero traffic.

Wow!  Could you imagine not winning a road conference game, in an ENTIRE DECADE?  I mean what in the world!?  I don't know how that could even be possible for a P5 team.

You can still participate if you're on the other side of the stadium.  The whole first half i was on the west side KSU'ing.

Well, they've won 7 of those in the last decade, but they had better start winning some soon or that reality just might come true.

I would wager that in 4 years time, KU will win a conference road game. I just hope it isn't us. Any chance Bill just coaches himself into the ground? Hope so.

If you extend the chart back another decade you see what an outlier 2007 was.
In the past 25 years, KU has had 2 seasons with 9 or more wins.  We've had 13.

Reference consolidated statement of activities.   Is that about an $8 million dollar operating loss in FY 2015?  EMAW financial elites, please review.

Looks like only 2.5M, but that's including 4M of loan forgiveness so really more like 6.5M. Also, let's all laugh at a donor forgiving four million dollars of a six million dollar note payable that wasn't due until 2017.
