Just went. Pretty decent selection, although a bunch of stuff was frozen only. The owner said that he was going to start carrying fresh lamb because of demand. They had sold out of several items and the place had probably 20 people there when I was there so that was a good sign. As I was leaving, none other than HCIWAAPAHCSS strolled in with his lovely wife. Didn't see his order, but I bet it was a half dozen ribeyes if I know that ol boy.

I came at the end of their first week. I'm hoping more will be fresh since most is sourced locally, but I would imagine they are getting a handle on inventory.
