I used to think they were alright, but now I think they're gross.  Worse than Pringles.  It's not like they just bake a regular potato chip, they dehydrate potatoes and grind them into mush/flakes then rehydrate and press those back together into a chip form.  It's wrong.

so the j-spec domestic version of pringles is called ChipStar

and inside the tube, the chips are sealed in an extremely thick and tough plastic wrapper, so you have to unwrap the chips and then put them back in the tube.

but the problem is the wrapper is so tough you are guaranteed to shatter all the chips trying to get it open

The original Doritos flavor is Nacho Cheese, though other flavors have since debuted for the company. Doritos originated in a restaurant at Disneyland
