I haven't paid enough attention to burton this year.  Is he just the 3rd option, or he gets no distance between he and the defender so waters just said eff it awhile ago?  He has 1 more catch than our starting TE.  Which reminds me, we haven't seen much from our TE position in the last few weeks.

Yeah we could run the similar TE release (did we use against Aub?) as the FB release.  Trujillo has been nails this year and really improved his hands from last year.  Its like this staff will forget good players from week to week.

I agree to a certain extent, it's just that against OU, I think bill wanted a TE to help out on pass pro, specifically on striker.

As of this point in the season, Lockett is not a first-team all-conference wide receiver. It's not so much what he hasn't done as much as what others have. He needs to have monster games against high-profile teams to make it. I'm saying he does.
