Lockett and Sexton, total studs.

The rest of our wide receivers, not so much.

Cook, Burton, Jones.  Seriously, what in the eff?

Our WR's are going to suck next year.

I don't think Jake has even looked at any others more than a couple times a game.

Frankly, I doubt Jake even looks at those guys on campus.  Like, he averts his eyes even when he bumps into them in the Union.

I heard they dropped his food tray when he asked them to hold it for a minute

Sexton stepping up has been a pleasant surprise (or maybe the continuation of him being a steady WR has been a surprise?), however he's a 3rd option that has had to become robin to TBL's batman - and we really needed someone with more speed to offset TBL.  Jones, Burton, and Davis have been disappointments.  I miss TT.

Our WR's are going to suck next year.

We need to go "group" recruit he best JUCO QB and his WR's.  Just tell them to keep up the good work.

I mean, Jones and Burton literally can't even run a route.  And when Cook does get open, he rarely catches the ball.  Amongst those three, the group didn't even tally a reception yesterday.

The drop off from Lockett and Sexton is alarming, folks.

Snyder let Canty play wide receiver. Since Danzel McDaniel caught as many passes yesterday as any of the B-listers, maybe he should get some snaps on offense.

All props to Snyder and company until further notice.

They can't recruit a lick, they have glaring holes all over the place every season and yet somehow manage to win a lot of games.   But at some point in time it's going to catch up.

I mean, great big thanks to Bob Stoops and company, because if I'm playing K-State and I have that same offensive line as OU, I go all Old Man football and just ram it down K-State's throat all day long.

I'm about to agree with FSD people.  Remember when everyone forgot about Sexton and got mushed?  Just because they aren't looking like Nelson and Lockett right now doesn't mean they are crap.

The closest to becoming the 3rd guy is Burton. Waters seems to look to him the most of the rest of the guys. Maybe Cook would be close too. But neither has been stepping up to make plays, Burton had the chance in the endzone and Cook had the drop later in the game.

I'm hoping, expecting at some point they will become serviceable in their develoment process.

That doesn't diminish the fact that we have had plenty of freshman and sophomores make an immediate, high impact contribution early on in their careers for us before (Tyler Lockett) and there obviously is not that guy currently in the system that we can look to beyond this season.  And yes, that is disconcerting.

i'm very surprised at how good curry is this year. he's legitimately good, and i never thought he'd be more than serviceable.

I talked about it in chat, but Burton falls down, like all the rough ridin' time. That's his move. Falling down.
