Having just been back to Dallas for an extended period for the first time since I lived there (I've traveled through there a bunch of times). I'd say that outside of certain older neighborhoods that have been revitalized, and the downtown area with all the high rises. It's pretty much a giant Olathe after that. But the road system is much better than say Atlanta, where they don't build new roads, they just keep widening the over crowded ones they already have. The express ways in DFW were fantastic
