Don't know the rules in whatever jurisdiction the case is in, but including the names and addresses of certain parties in certain court documents is pretty normal.

This appears to be what they're talking about: https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/Docs/CP/htm/CP.132.htm

The address is intended to identify the person.  It is pretty standard to use someone's business address instead of the personal address, although the rule does not make clear whether that is acceptable.  The lawyers can certainly argue their addresses are not necessary for it to be a valid declaration, but the simpler route would be to just use an affidavit instead since the notary verifies the person's identity.  Tough to know if that is the actual issue based on the article.  The commentary certainly suggests the reporter did not delve very deeply.

What’s hilarious is #1 Trump supporter Dax says he doesn’t know what Alex Jones is doing. Yet his hero and leader knows exactly what Alex Jones is doing. The math just doesn’t add up.

I don’t go to the website but I know what he’s doing.  He makes up insane stories to prey upon weak minded hicks and then takes said yokels money.  That’s why he went ape crap when FB shut him down.

When will The Big Tuck’s obsession with me end?

It’s very relevant to the discussion. The clintons and podesta blah blah blah.

You’ve posted infowars articles before and you only stopped because we made fun of you. It’s very relevant to implicate you with any Alex Jones news.

I don’t recall a single link to InfoWars.

The Clintons and the Podesta are still very much in the news,  dumbass.   Tony Podesta has been referred to the Southern District by the Special Counsel for not registering as a lobbyist for the Ukraine where the Clintons were all chummed up with the Pro Kremlin Party Of Regions.

You’re an amazing dipshit The Big Tuck and always 4 laps down.

I’m totally ok with that 3-tweeter. Sure it’s probably just Trump’s way of defending Infowars (and you gotta discount the pants on fire lie that Trump takes reports from CNN/MSNBC “with a grain of salt”), but one could easily view it as a crappy attempt at a “marketplace of ideas” type argument.

First of all I don’t think anyone should have their first amendment right of free speech denied.  Second, social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter are so big and they have an influence over so many people, when someone is silenced it denies someone’s voice to a large group of people.

All that being said these platforms being independent of the government can make up whatever terms and conditions that they want.  They can decide and deem stuff against those terms and ban and suppress people’s speech.  You are not entitled to your first amendment rights the same way as your traditional form of speech in written and vocal manner.  Twitter is within their right to deem something against their terms and ban it.

I just saw the news....how are you holding up, Dax?  :frown:

It is entirely legal for twitter to do this. It is worrisome for public discourse in the modern age though. Despicable as Alex Jones is, it seems like a bit of a “first they came for...” situation.
