Hella isn't the word I'd use, they do get bonuses but not usually more than a couple hundred each on the pit crew. Jackman is the highest paid/highest bonus guy on pit road though. (not counting the crew chief)

Ex GF lived next door to Antwon Moore and Vlad Faustin in 2007. Nice enough dudes. Vlad was driving a late model Benz coupe and had to help him discover the remote battery in the trunk to jump it.
