Years upon years of opportunity to do this project at 1/3 the price.
Then tearing down an historic structure to build a value engineered MLS'ified stadium that is not in keeping architecturally with anything on their campus . . . it's just a tragedy.
I'm also hearing rumblings that the general rake of the stands will be more fitting for futbol viewership and not American Football viewership. Apparently Cliff wants to see that Lawrentucky hosts some WC practices.
I know you are going to take this the wrong way but it's a genuine question, what is the rake difference between the two sports?

I'm sure we're paying handsomely for the privilege and getting the short end of the bargain. It would be kind of interesting, though, to have a football team that just wanders around without a home, like Cain.

Yes, anyone following this closely knows that the east side isn't part of Phase 1, which also helps explain why capacity can't be stated with precision until they get the funds to tear down and rebuild the east side. I knew construction was in phases but was unaware funding had not been secured for the full stadium
