Post by: renocat on September 11, 2017, 03:20:44 PM: Since it appears Oscar is under a gag order, I found some publicity about Riphide. Everyone was high on this kid, but said he needed polishing. I think he will be a pleasant surprise. He has been practicing getting better. In the weight room, and should be stronger. He can score in multiple ways.

Yes. Into the second weekend in fact. Weber knows he has something. Eerily silent, unlike past years when we had no depth and young players. We have 4 good solid veterans in Claws, Gravy, Deathbite, and the Flush. We have a gaggle of big whoppers. Diarra, McSwish, and Swampthing have to provide guard depth. Granted we.don't have any superstars, but we solid good players. I think they can congealed as a team. They are a group of good kids from solid homes. Rattler is playing for God. Should be a fun year.

It will be nice to see Wade play his position the entire game and not have to play post when someone is.in foul trouble or hurt. Sounds like Love and Marwein can give him a breather. I like the thought of this team playing with relentless energy. No pacing. Full bore. Riphide will help make the motor go. I think there might be fastbreaks.

I have been really excited about this kid for a long time. He brings joy and excitement as intangibles. The American game was not much competition, but I noticed the team was happy and sharing the ball. Deathbite and Flush were having a good time. Play happy seems to work best for an Oscar teqm. Chet saw the great upside for Diarra. Get behind this kid, team, and have fun.
