Mandalay's sheet had Katz at 15:1. Didn't take it but should've. Wanted to bet the KSU and CU games this weekend as well, would've won both if I had.

Most impressive thing about Vegas from Wed-Mon? They had UNLV fans outnumbered 5,000:1. Badger Bobs and Badger Betties with their little Badger babies with their beady Badger eyes. Drinking Badger beer and stinky Badger breath, they drank and smoked and gambled and did their Badger best. Their Badgers beat the bastards but they lost their Badger bets, for the bastards screwed the Badgers when it came to covering the spread.

In short there were a lot of fat fracking cheeseheads there mucking everything up. I wish we could travel like them. :frown:
why would you take 15-1 when you could get 20-1?  total dumbass?

Didn't take them at 20:1 because they weren't offered at that while I was there, think much?
Fly, Eddie. Fly.

Ooh, nice outfit. What is that, Dacron?

Just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt who just happened to be in Vegas the last time KSU was in town and this last weekend and he said to call you a dumbass and tell you he would punch you in the face if you were in front of him.

you must be a total dumbass, 20:1 is the odds at all of the best sportsbooks in Vegas.  not that I'd expect you to know that.  dumbass.

Tried the $20 trick at the MGM signature and it didnt work, I'm guessing its because those towers were built as condo's but they had to rent them out as rooms once the economy crapped out. I ask if I could move to a higher room and got moved to the 17th floor from the 8th.

Yeah, the Sig is kind of a strange property.  I bet it would have worked at the reg. MGM.

Yeah, that's right between when it's too cold to really kill the pool and too hot to be outside for long periods.

I'm more of a Golden Eagle fan.  No, not much of a Vegas guy but wife really wants to go.  Would rather go to Disney world tbh, but who knows I may really enjoy myself.

No, I did read about that though.  Won't eat there since it says it's like $20 per sandwich and sharing is extra.

Chose Mirage b/c it seemed nice, centrally located, did ok in the Steve Dave ratings (in the vegassummerpak thread), and got a decent rate.

good reasons.  you should eat at some nice pricey places while you are there though.  pretty much the best thing about vegas is the amazing food imo.

i really doubt you enjoy vegas, actually i'd be shocked if you didn't hate it.  pretty much seems to be the anti-saul type of place.  bring a lot of alcohol based germ killing hand lotion and you might make it out alive.   there used to be a gates & sons there but it  closed.
