Del Miller has accepted a retirement incentive package, but apparently Mo has been offered one and is trying to decide whether to take it?!?  Has anyone reported that Mo has decided?

Dumb was uncalled for by me. But Dimel has had pretty good offenses during Snyder 2.0. I can't complain.

Thank you guys. Enjoy the millions that Snyder supplied you.

PS - Don't forget to travel before it's too late! Judging by the lack of recruiting trips, we understand that you unfamiliar with it ;)

Some dude in the college football Reddit page is claiming Hayes will be out* too and Snyder is going to retire.

*retire

With all these changes, it only makes sense that Snyder is going to retire or we're bringing in a HCIW, giving Bill one more year.

Any rumors from Oregon or Clemson about a coach on their staffs leaving?

It's crazy to think Mo was on Jim Dickey's staff in the 80's when I was in school.  He has coached at K-State under:
Rainsberger (GA)
Dickey
Snyder I
Prince
Snyder II

Yes it does.  Snyder is last to go and then a dawn of a new era happens overnight.

None of these coaches would be "retiring" if it wasn't the end.

Just the opposite, actually.  If Snyder was retiring, there would be no need for these other guys to do so.  The new coach would bring in his own staff and most of these guys would retire at that point.

I think Hayes and Miller were/are ready to go; I think Snyder thinks he has one more run, and realizes he needs some more youth/energy on his staff.  So the feelings are mutual.  (Maybe not with Mo, though, who seems to not realize that he can either "retire" or be escorted to the door.)

I think losing Miller, Hayes, and Mo while retaining Snyder, Dimel, and Coleman is literally the perfect scenario.  Especially if the replacement for Hayes is Leavitt or Venebles.

From what I've heard, Hayes isn't going anywhere.

See, I'd have to disagree with you. I believe it's Snyder's final gift to "his guys". If Snyder retires then most likely the coaches don't get a nice parachute on the way outn so Snyder is hooking them up before he loses control. I believe he's giving Klein a seat at the table to help him land on any new coaching staff that comes in.

Now, my guess is that if Snyder does not step down or retire within the next week then he's probably on for one more season like most everyone has speculated.

We will just have to wait and see.

I think the Snyder thing is more serious than we think and this is going to unravel in less than two weeks.
