Gave the ole 4020 some exercise this afternoon dragging a field cultivator thru edge of a field I've been cleaning up.  Just left the wings up for added weight to break up the old roots and soil


Old fence line over run by cedar trees that we've cleaned up an burnt over last 2 years. Some brome seed and a new fence and call it good.

Need used ATV advice.

I am 100% purchasing TWO ATV’s later this spring to use in MN. The county just passed a new ordinance that extends the same road driving rights to ATV’s that UTV’s have….just have to move over to the side of the road. They already have trails next to the road almost everywhere due to everyone up there having ATV’s and snowmobiles.

These will be gateway ATV’s to hopefully a nice new(er) UTV in a couple years.

SD’s dad sounds like a Polaris man thru and thru, but for the older used purchases I see people saying get a Honda or Yamaha with a drive shaft instead of belt driven like Polaris and Artic Cat etc.

I am trying to not to go over $3K on each.

Both those and the three wheelers are very badass and I love them, but no dice with my wife. It's been a huge victory to get to the "two 4 wheelers" point.

Man, we had him all comfortable in the back seat until today, then I hit a rut and bounced his 60 lb carcass off the Gator today.

Got back on, but he was reluctant  so Mrs8 rode in the back with him.

This water hole has turtles in it.  I've seen large ones along the dam a couple of times.  So today we spotted two smaller turtles swimming, but all I my photo got was ripples in the water.

Let's call then juvenile turtles.

He is a bit of a chunk.  City life, and his owner probably slips him too many snacks. It's pretty much throwing a sack of feed in the back seat for each farm trip.
