last nights dream thread...

Had a dream within a dream the other night.  I'm still not convinced I'm awake right now.  How do I fix this?

definitely don't do anything you would regret in real life, just in case.

So I've said before in this thread that I can only remember like 1 or 2 dreams a year.

Last night Unruly GF stayed over and after we had been asleep for a few hours apparently I woke her up because I kept saying "yup yup" over and over.


Then I said "that's definitely rape" and then started fighting with the covers.


Don't remember a lick of it, but it sounds like I was having a wild time.

I had a dream the other night that Gooch & I had a restaurant; but it was like on some small island in the Caribbean and it was actually just like a house with a really large living/dining room set up like a restaurant. He was the chef/bartender. I was the hostess/waitress/business manager.

All my family was there (helping us get set up, maybe) and then a really long orange and brown snake flew at my cousin and grabbed onto his bottom eyelids.

It was a pretty good deal until the snake showed up.

Ok, I told myself I wasn't going to share this on the board, cause I figured some of you would think i'm full of crap/crazy, but here it goes. I've been taking these sleep meds that give me crazy dreams for the last two months to put me to sleep. During these dreams, I move around a lot. Two weeks ago, some guy in my dream was coming after one of my family members and I reached out with my left hand to slap him. Only, IRL, my hand made that motion while I was sleeping and I woke up to a "ouuuuuuuccchhh!" as I had accidentally slapped ms. wacky in the face. 

Two night ago I punched our headboard after she had left for work from a dream too. 

No more medicine.

i had a dream last night that i was in this zombie apocalypse thing and angelina jolie was with me and some other people.  i dont remember the first part of it but we were trying to get away and were hiding in this house.  a group of people went outside to see if we could move to the next house, they got about 15 feet out the door and froze in place and got shot by this blob orb thing and exploded.

it was almost like the dream reset and i was with the same people again in this place and again, angelina jolie was with us.  we were in this house and she started talking about how we were going to survive and stuff.  then while she was talking she pulled out a bottle of lotion and started putting it on her legs and arms, all while still talking about how we were going to survive.  we heard something outside and so angelina and a few went outside and got like 15 feet outside the door and again were frozen in place.  i started yelling at people that we had to get away and stuff and they all looked really confused.  then that blob orb thing hit angelina and the others and they exploded.

the zombie things then started coming into the house and i jumped out a back window and then everything got all dark and there was a message that said "out of bounds, game over".  then i woke up.

I think the message here is always remember to moisturize no matter what happens if you want to look as hot as Angelina Jolie.

i had a dream last night that my boss came over to my house to tell me about this great deal he got on some sweaters. i mean it was like buy 2 for $10 type thing, and they are high quality sweaters. he got one in orange and one in blue or something. so he was like pressuring me to do it too, so i bought a black one and a gray one, and he was all  at my color choices, and i was like "but black and gray go with everything!" anyway they ended up being really comfortable

Last night I had a dream that I was playing Katniss Everdeen in a Saturday Night Live sketch. But I had forgotten to memorize my lines, so I was cramming right before we did the sketch live.

I had a dream last night where I was a documentary filmmaker and I was interviewing Nick Nolte. He told me that he had written a script for a boxing biopic and was set to direct and produce it but his wife wouldn't let him do it because he hadn't written a part for her in the movie. The worst thing about it, he told me, was that he already had lined up Daniel Day Lewis to play Evander Holyfield in the film. So then I went to go interview DDL and he was out living in some shack in Appalachia. He was wearing overalls and a big floppy hat and he had grown out a long beard. He started telling me that he was inconsolable once he found out that Nolte had to shelve the movie because he was looking forward to the challenge and he thought that the script was amazing. Then he started screaming about how he didn't want to be out living in the sticks. He was screaming "Do you think these are my friends?!?! I don't belong here!!" and then he started spitting in the faces of all these hill people and knocking their hats off their heads.

Then I woke up.

I want to dream like that, but I'd also like to have hot girls rubbing lotion on their legs.

So I'm also one of those who only remembers a couple dreams a year, and last night was horrifying...

Backstory: I got a haircut yesterday.

Dream: My barber did the usual haircut, no problem. He always uses a straight razor to trim the back of my neck. Did that, no proble . Then... he trimmed my mustache without asking. This may not be as big of a deal to most, but I have a handlebar that I've been growing for over a year, and I woke up panicking beyond belief.

All good though, the 'stache is in tact.

Last night was pretty wild. Woke up sprinting out of my room, looking for a light switch. I was just shaking my arm as hard as I could, because I felt like there was a huge spider or an octopus latched onto my hand. Get to the kitchen, turn the lights on and then I just realized that my arm was super numb from sleeping on it.

Then before I woke up this morning I dreamed that I had the game winning hit in Game 7 of the WS and it ended exactly like the Wild Card game.

Last night I dreamt that I was at one of those shitty Oklahoma casinos (probably the one right next to South Coffeyville)...and we were playing slot machines...then I needed to get some more money from the ATM, but the ATM gave me a huge bunch of twenties so I just stuffed them into my backpack.
But when we left they said they had to search me, so of course they found all the money and assumed it was gambling winnings (my dream didn't take into account that you don't actually get twenty dollar bills from slot machines) and I couldn't really tell them that it all came out of the ATM and they counted it, it was $466,000. So I was mad that I was going to have to pay taxes on it, but then they were just going to give me some tickets that were each worth $25,000 and I had to come redeem them at the casino. And they wouldn't even give me any cash so I was leaving with less than I came with. I was really pissed.
