I realize my now post wasn't very clear.

My point was that this year's Seattle team was much more successful in the league and playoffs than in the past because they didn't have CCL to deal with. Same for us next year.

The only team in the east last season more talented than us was New England. As the season ended we would have been the third most talented team in the west, we'll see what will happen to LA's and Seattle's roster this winter.

I expect Seattle to get better with the addition of Garth Lagerway. I think Keane might be gone from LA. They will sign someone like Sneijder as one replacement DP. Thought maybe Gerrard but NY already filed the bull crap "discovery claim" or whatever on him. RSL looks like they are taking a step back.

Actual smoke, not really. He's been linked to the league for awhile (just like lots of players like Drogba have) and he's the name who has been brought up that I've heard now that LD and possibly Keane are gone. LA will get a big name(s) to replace them.

Drogba is going to end up in Seattle it seems. Likely adding a 4th DP slot, and I saw something that said Alonso will most likely not be a DP anymore with whatever threshold they decide on. So in theory, Martins and Dempsey may only half Seattle's DPs come March...
