is edmonton the NHL equivalent to the NFL browns? everything i have seen is this guy is the best since Crosby came into the league.

Somewhat like the Browns, yes. This will be the 4th time in the last 6 years they've picked first overall, so the Browns probably isn't even a strong enough comparison.

I wouldn't think that letting a coach go who made the playoffs 6 straight years and then missed the 7th by a few points would be a good thing. You may get Claude Julien out of it though

I don't, but I'm hearing it's probable he won't be back (not really sure how I feel about that, probably depends on who gets hired if he goes). I'm more thinking a roster shakeup. I think Oshie's probably going to be on the trade block. Some of the other older guys will probably be available at the right price.
