It's officially CTR week . . .

and I noticed that per usual after a tough Texas loss, the football board on hornfans is completely blank of all threads this morning, and last night the website was completely down.

Charlie Strong has never coached a game in an environment remotely as hostile as BSFS will be at 11 am this Saturday. Hopefully his senior players have the foresight to pack him a clean pair of pants. The poor guy is headed right for a buzz saw and doesn't even know it.

Shawn Watson went up against a retiring LHC Bill Snyder, Ronald Prince, then Snyder rebuild 2.0...There's 6 of his 8 victories against our defense.

His best outing, by far, was getting Colorado's Robert Hodge to go deep against Bobby Walker in 2002.... We got bombed and uber-schemed that day. Hard.  coming off that USC win, our D looked solid... Went out to Boulder and Watson's play calling left man coverage guessing all day. Loss.

Swoopes is gaining confidence, a big reason UT football hasn't tanked completely since BYU destroyed them in September.

They gave up 45 to Iowa State at home. I guess that performance sticks out in my mind as being awful...but ya, UT's defense has held a little too....

I think this could be a tougher game than some are saying. We are beat up coming off of a big game against OU.

Let's just say I feel much better about handily beating oSu than the sips.
