What about when an obviously racist white guy is trying not to act racist so they say "black dude" instead of "black guy"? I have noticed this phenomenon when the racist white guy is talking in the presence of black guys. Seems over the top racisisty. Thoughts?

Most white people I know aren't afraid of the word black. If you're afraid of the word black chances are you should associate with more black people.

I don't think someone who whispers a description of someone being black is necessarily racist. They just don't spend any time around black people as MiR said. (which also does not necessarily make one racist).
