The problem is that she was intentionally avoiding the FOIA and was willing to put classified information at risk to do that. That may not be enough to indict her or put her in jail, but it should be enough for anyone who cares at all about transparency and accountability to not vote for her.

The problem is that Fake doesn't understand that post. The issue is with policy before we get to the classified info. Government crafted that policy to protect government (no R or D bias). Once we crossed into classified info, for sure, being on those servers and distributed we've reached an entirely new level. We need to stop acting like Hilrod did anything official wrong just by having the server. Focus on the info she passed around.

My overall take away is that Donald Trump ought to be able to denounce the KKK without "looking into it."
