With solid S&C, he could probably have similar measurables to Dak Prescott.
I already like his delivery better. Prescott had a pretty big windup. Betts gets the ball to his chin quickly and establishes a nice, tight whip through the release. That reduction in range of motion will mean a quick release and better accuracy.
However, he's a project. But he's got a great frame and has good velocity. If he can play at 6'3", 235, and get that 40 down to 4.8 by his Junior year, he's a prospect worth investing in.
