I always thought that PSU thought it was a football team, not a university.

Yeah. People working at the university level covered up rapes of children so their football team wouldn't get hurt. The NCAA should suspend Penn State until these administrators get their day in court and when they are found guilty, just release Penn State as a member. No organization should have to or be expected to let criminals stay on as members.
