I stumbled across this pic today, look at that crowd turnout!

Tuesday November 16, 2010. #22 VA Tech 57 vs. #3 K-State 73.

I will say, the crowd was solid for Baylor and decent for Texas.

It was pretty loud against Baylor at times last Saturday. At least I thought it was anyway.

Difference is, not only was the coliseum packed, there were thousands more that WANTED tickets but couldn't get them.

What you see in the stands now are the flaggling remnants of once proud program being gradually washed down the drain.

Its not as good, but honestly we are a still pretty far from that point. The end of Asbury and the Wooly years were at that point and I'd say we are a year or two away of non-NCAA basketball from reaching that point. Given the talent on this team and the fan support, the program isn't in that bad of shape.

Another difference between the OP's picture and what we see now is that the OOD's lights are on.

I looked for it real quick on here but no luck. Somewhere in my place is a hemmy print of it; that pic is what I used to test photo printing when I got a new printer.

Fans used to be allowed to go beserk. Yell the BS chant. Now they are expected to be throttle their throats. The non con games and even the Tixus game I went.to felt like I was at a tennis match. We forget often there are visiting recruits at the games, and if we act like polite whimpy panzies, they won't commit. I was glad to hear from my friend that the Baylor crowd was hollering. I think it should be the goal of every goemawer at every game make Curdog get so mad he gets hemorrhoids.
