Tim Beck- Texas
Scotty Ohara- UTEP
Vic Koenning- Troy
Chris Cosh- Delaware
Jeff Schwinn- Washburn
Doug Grush- American River College
Charlie Coe- Missouri Baptist
Andy Ludwig
Rex Ryan

Come on with Andy Ludwig and Rex Ryan, they don't count man. I don't know who Charlie Coe, Doug Grush, and Scotty Ohara are, are they from Iowa? When did Tim Beck and Carl Pelini work for Bill?

Yeah Ludwig and Ryan don't really count, but they were here for a bit.
Charlie Coe played at K-State in the 70's. Coached for Snyder in 1989
Doug Grush played at K-State in the eary 90's and was a GA after that
Scotty Ohara went with Dana to UTEP. He had been a quality control guy here and with Jerry Kill at Rutgers. Not sure if he really counts.

Just two weeks ago, Football Scoop announced that Hanson was set to become the new offensive line coach for Dimel at UTEP. Sources tell us that stint was short lived after Hanson received a phone call with a similar offer from K-State.

If true, Sean just gained some brownie points. No idea if the dude can coach but giving Dimel the finger by hiring someone from out under him is fantastic.

Hope he didn't sign any kind of contract.  Still a boss move by someone at KSU.

Nothing says we will be cutting the 2 receptions in a year for TE like hiring a former OL to coach them.

If hiring a former GA to coach your TE's (who have caught about 10 passes in the last five years) away from UTEP is considered a boss move by a Power 5 school what do you call Texas A&M hiring Elko away from ND for $2 million / year?

To you naysayers: I am not saying that this is a bad hire... and I really like Hanson and wish him the best.

A&M has been making nothing but boss moves this offseason.  They're still crazy, but they pulling up trucks to whoever the hell they want.

Herm takes my son's FCS coach as WR coach forcing Western to find its 2nd HC in three years.

Damn, that sucks. Feel bad for die-hard Leatherneck fans. However, at least they get the excitement of a coaching search nearly every year of their existence  :billdance:

Kansas State: Source tells FootballScoop Akron running backs coach Eric Hickson is expected to join the Kansas State staff. Hickson, the all-time rushing leader at K-State, has been at Akron since the 2015 season. He previously coached running backs and served as recruiting coordinator at Garden City and as OC and then head coach at Emmerich Manual High School (IN).

Interesting. Almost as if D. Sproles never played here.
