Downtown denver has a bunch of beautiful ppl.  They also have an alarmingly high rate of what seems to be batshit crazy ppl.   Not much in between it seems.

Unless you got lost, probably the worst place to go on a float trip.

Next time you stop by Neosho tape a little piece of paper with "Mrs." on the top of that sign.

Has anyone ever seen a woman breastfeeding a cat on a plane?

no, but I have seen a mom who was breast feeding and both her and the baby fell asleep and her nipple was just hanging out in the open.

Mrs. Bf and I are currently in Carmel, Ca.  Should we drive up to San Fran today or tomorrow?

how much time do you have and what do you want to do? It'll be like 80 degrees in SF today, which like never happens. So consider that.

We have all day today or tomorow.  All we want to do is walk or bike across the Golden Gate.  Where is the best place to park and take public transit?

just did this. michigancat can give you a good website with a list of parking garages near the bridge. we rented bikes from Blazing Saddles which have like 20 locations and it was really easy. pretty good half day activity.

park at fisherman's wharf:

http://www.parkme.com/map/?lat=37.806950749494085&lng=-122.41764378759788&zoom=17

rent a bike, (they're all over), ride over the bridge to Sausalito, and take the ferry Back to Pier 41. Every tourist does this (because it's a great thing to do) and the bike rental folks will give you maps and a bike purse and answer any questions.

i would not ride a bike across the bridge.  one strong gust of wind and you're fish food.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Just got back to the house and my seat is sore.  We had a great time!  Mrs. Bf was disappointed about the 1hr wait for the ferry NBD IMO.  Thanks for the tips because I wouldn't have believed there would actually be parking available and would have parked at some place much farther away.  If we did it again we would have flipped a U at the end of the bridge and just rode our bikes right back across and shaved an hour off the trip.  Beautiful city, crap loads of pics were taken by Mrs. Bf and she has already forgotten the ferry wait.

Edit: I also recommend fueling up at the chipotle before the big ride.  Chicken fajita burrito and chips N guacamole.

Well, Fisherman's Wharf isn't exactly known for it's fine local cuisine. (Although I could have sent him to some decent chowder in a bread bowl).

So the gf and I will be traveling to Germany in late November, to a town called Kollweiler (between Frankfurt and Luxemburg City). Staying for about a week and a half visiting her sister.

Suggestions? Advice? She has been there before, I have not. Pretty excited!
