I have no idea if that's an accurate vibe relative to the atmosphere in the program, but it's a synergistic and smart marketing ploy given the stadium name and the limitations of recruiting to Manhattan.

It is good marketing/branding/pr/whatever bs.

But it demeans the word "family." I feel a kinship with fellow K-staters (even the degenerates on this board), but we ain't family.
