The ISU game in 04 was an epitome of the entire season. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Both were my choices too. That was the senior day of the best player in school history and we lost to Iowa State. The basketball season was far from lost, that was early in the season. We were 9-2 going into that game. If we would have won that game like we should have and got the KU win that week we would have been 11-2 with wins over KU and New Mexico, likely would have been ranked. That Nebraska loss likely kept us out of the NIT which would have been not so bad back then.

Not even close. I do usually pay with them, but I know a guy who gives me a ton of used ones every year.

In part, both were probably more severe because both programs were about as low as possible. The other part is that as I've gotten older I don't get nearly as upset at K-State losses.

Makes sense - The question was what losses made you the maddest.  Being a bad team or under performing would make someone mad.  I was more upset/heartbroken after the Butler tourney game or Baylor 2012, but hard to say I was mad.

At the 12 minute mark yesterday I was close to the most upset I've been. It was 35-20 and I was ready to leave. In fact, if the team didn't make a run going into the under 8 I would have left.

Of course then we started coming back and the way it ended almost made it worse, but those first 28 minutes when the team didn't fully compete were too much. I don't understand how guys can play fairly hard on defense (because we did) but then come down and be so careless and dumb on offense. It's really amazing how big the difference is in how well this team can play and how poorly they can play.
