Baggage claim in most airports is an unsecured area.  Very little to prevent someone to just walk in and open fire, so I think this would be a pretty minor concern really.

Well, I didn't say there was no effect.  I just believe that the effect is much, much, much smaller than most believe it to be.  And I believe that for most people, and for the country, it would be healthy to realize that.
