I just hope she still refuses to issue licenses when she goes back to work so she can get arrested all over again.

I thought to myself "what are the odds when she gets out of jail she quietly goes home and is dignified and humble in her beliefs versus her being a loud obnoxious blow hard who would cheat on her spouses and have multiple divorces and is doing this for attention?"

I heard from a source that she didn't just flat out refuse to issue marriage licenses. She instead submitted a request that her signature not be necessary for the issuance of the licenses. That way people could still be married but she wouldn't be actively condoning it.

Unfortunately, instead of acting like a grown adult and stating this, she is instead acting like PennsylTucky from Orange is the New Black.

Half of her job is condoning weddings on behalf of the state.

Is your source every person who has reported on this case ever? She didn't want her name on the licenses, unfortunately for all involved her name has to be on the licenses issued in that county because that's the law in Kentucky. The irony in all of this is that her name is going to appear on a lot more licenses issued to gay couples than previously would because people are going there to get married because of this.

Did you guys miss my note about her unknowingly marrying a transgendered man before all of this crap happened? Apparently the MSM missed this because it would call for some interesting questions asked of her, Mike Huckabee, and Ted Cruz.

This is why the government needs to get out of the "marriage" business and into contractual cohabitation business. After you sign your contract you can go have a marriage ceremony of your choice, if you want.

the same people who have a problem with what's happening now, would have a problem with that. gay people are a sin and must not be allowed to coexist peacefully.

Yeah they need to fire her ass, slinging drinks is an essential job function freedom of religion does not extend to "I'll do whatever the eff in the name of GOD!" For some reason though I'm sure we won't be seeing fuckface Mike Huckabee grandstanding for this woman.
