I'm going full rusty here, no more Mawein, Sallah, or Stockard. They really don't serve a purpose on this team, it isn't their fault. Those minutes should be given to Diarra, Wainwright, and Patrick.

I think we need 8.

Kam, Barry, Wade, Sneed of course.

Wainright, Diarra.

Patrick I suppose, but I don't see him as much more valuable than the bigs if he can't hit shots.

Mawein and Stockard seem to have "earned" any minutes for true bigs to this point. I didn't even think Stockard was terrible against WVU, besides finishing around the rim. I'll take his 6 boards. I also think Mawein has a couple good games (like 10 and 6) in him in Big 12 play.

I know they are different parts, but I like Patrick more than Diarra. Cartier doesn't bring much more than another ball handler. Patrick is a better shooter and I think he has the athletic ability to rebound decently from a g/f spot we'd need if we went small.

Diarra was far more effective than Patrick yesterday (and every other game this season), is far more athletic, and a much better defender, so I disagree with this bizarre assessment.

Getting dunked on is an overused meme that I've grown to hate, but the only thing that comes to mind reading this FSD post after reading the per 100 stats _FAN just posted is

Which per100 stat is athleticism and defense?

Lol, good grief

Clearly Patrick is getting a fraction of the minutes Diarra is just to spite MIR's brilliant insights!

Oh I see, your dumbass just didn't read my post before you disagreed with it. I'll post it again, read it this time, idiot.

That is a horrendous take. And is completely unfounded in reality, per usual.

Diarra is shooting 10 pts better from 3 and is obviously more athletic. No reasonable person would actually argue either presents a genuine opportunity to improve rebounding from their position.

Patrick is a good stand in the corner and shoot if you're hot guy. He's a novelty.

Diarra is going to be a substantial amd regular contributor (barring injury) over the next 4 yrs.

This all may very well be true, but it doesn't rebut the point I was making that you're obviously too stupid to understand.

Well get em in Manhattan.  Still looks like a 8 win team to me which isn't bad if you think about it.

Weirdly enough I felt decent about how things went beyond the first 15 minutes. The guys played hard, didn't quit.

Won the second half.  Second half road wins are nothing to sneeze at.

wade is definitely gonna get drafted.  it's too bad for him his arms aren't longer, but he's still solid.

Today K-State names Cartier Diarra as it's starting point guard.
