That would be the perfect job for oscar.  He could recruit all the try hard 5 hearts that he wants and coach them to run his motion offense to perfection.  Run a clean program and keep your players out of trouble and he could coach there the rest of his life.  The significant cut in salary should not impact him much as any millionaire who mows his own grass probably lives pretty frugally anyway.

There a division that doesn't have a shot clock? oscar's motion offense is perfect if it can be ran for a couple minutes to find an open shot, 35 seconds just isn't enough time.
