Is oscar Weber The Least Respected Coach In College Athletics?

He obviously has zero control over the roster he recruited. Nobody wants to play for him, and those that do commit to him don't respect him enough to follow any of his direction or usually just walk away from him completely. Can anyone recall a coach with so little control over his own team? And, going further, does anyone have any ideas on WHY nobody respects him? Is it that he's constantly throwing his own players under the bus and not accepting any personal responsibility? Or is it that he has such a weak/loser demeanor?

I mean, did you see how Bo Ryan went after Coach K for using rent a players?  Why did he do that?  Because Coach K just Aplha'd him and won the national title.  K is better than him and will keep kicking his ass so Ryan had to take a shot at him because he was frustrated realizing he will never be able to beat him.  When you know you own some beta, you compliment his face off to others, mock him to your peers.

I've thought about this and I honestly think its that he tries so hard to be something he's not. Like, he doesn't embrace his dork as much as he should.

Dave Bliss was hired at a small college in Oklahoma on April 5.  HE is the least respected coach in college athletics.

It appears Weber has lost the respect of his players.  I cannot remember any player saying they love their coach.  This seems to be affecting the quality of recruits we are getting.
