If a religious organization does not receive public funding, they should be able to dictate who they give kids to. Different story if they get public loot. The public has the right to attach strings to the funding. My solution is give abandoned kids who tried to get into America to LBTGQR couples wanting to adopt. Better than leaving these kids in prison. Kind of like a rescue dog. Gay couples can provide a loving home.
