My town does an all class reunion every 5 years. So, like, every 5 years the population of Meade, KS triples for a weekend. Various classes congregate at different locations and then get together for a hick FPD style party. Pretty great.

It's official: The drone war has come home to America. Wanted fugitive Christopher Dorner, the homicidal former cop currently at war with the LAPD, has become the first known human target for airborne drones on U.S. soil. Their use was confirmed by Customs and Border Patrol spokesman Ralph DeSio, who revealed the government's fear that Dorner will make a dash for the Mexican border. The fugitive has already killed three people, according to police, and has a $1 million bounty on his head. Dorner, who has military training, is believed to be hiding in the wilderness of California's San Bernardino Mountains, where locating him without air support may be all but impossible
Welp, I guess a bunch of drunk Irishmen are going to be really pissed off about FPD this year after reading this.

I wear my contacts most days, but wear glasses once in a while plus on weekends when I'm not really going anywhere to give my eyes a rest.
I don't really need a mirror anymore to put them in but I usually use one.
What are you guys doing to get sand in your contacts? I've never had that issue but I did get a paper cut on my eyeball in 5th grade.
Not really sure how it happened. I woke up and my eye burned, I had a killer headache and was really light sensitive. I took my contacts out and they had sand on/in them. Pain didnt go away, had to go to the ER and I was prescribed gel to put in my eyes for a week. We had a big beach there but it's not like I was throwing sand in my eyes, no idea how that happened while I sleeped.
I don't trust that LASIK stuff.
Worked for me in KS.
Switch to engineering?
Was going to post this earlier. Make $100k +, work around 40 hrs/week, and have plenty of time to BBS. Just make sure to get your license. You get to play lots of golf and drink too.
This obviously depends on the type of engineering and company you work with. For many, licensing is useless. I also wouldn't count on making six figures.
