when I had like 80 oak mite bites last year, my only relief was to use spray isopropyl alcohol on them.   Nothing else worked.  Kept them dried out.

I got a few this week and they were super itchy and red and stuff. I bought some trusty calamine lotion tho and they are basically gone now.
