I just started listening to podcasts, seems like a great thing to listen to during busy work.  What do yall like to listen to and can recommend?

So far I really like Cashing in with TJ Miller.  Enjoy TJ's rambling and side tangents.  Others I tried are Joe Rogan (probably good, really long/intimidating to get into, can be edgy new agey at times) and Keith and the Girl (hate the accents, seems kind of bitchy).  I heard some of another one a while back and I remember it was a lot of bitching, I also read that Marc Maron's is kind of bitchy.  Are a lot of them bitchy?

Others I'm gonna check out:
Adam Carolla
Comedy Bang Bang
Dan Carlin's Hardcore History
Bill Burr

I think there was another thread that recommended Carolla and Carlin. Carolla is decent. I'm a fan of Carlin's. I also like The Bugle, Stuff You Missed in History Class and This American Life.

I liked the wrath in Khan series by Dan Carlin.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

i can't take more than a few minutes of carlin.  something about his voice or his attitude.

I like Jimmie Pardo, Norm Macdonald, and sometimes Jake Fogelnest, although his show seems to be exclusively for UCB nerds which gets annoying.

yeah, I enjoy him on twitter and I think that's why I listened. I'm also picky about audio quality (listen in headphones) and his is not completely shitty like a lot of them.

Bugle is good - John Oliver hosts and when I listened, I started to realize that he is better than your average Daily show correspondent

I've been getting into the Nerdist podcast.  I'm not a big enough fan to listen to random people on them, but if they have someone that I'm interested in then they can be really good.  Hardwick is generally great, but he is one of those guys that every story relates to his life/show which gets annoying if there is too big of a stretch.  The Will Arnett and Nick Offerman episodes might be my two faves so far

that looks awful. Mainly because I hate Paul F. Tompkins doing characters.

So far only been listening to TJ Miller/Cash Levy's and The Champs with Neal Brennan and Moshe Kasher.  Podcasts seem hard to get into when each one has 100+ hour long shows.

Interestingly, I'm becoming a way better talker ever since I stopped listening to music and only podcasts.  I feel noticeably wittier, quicker, and a better listener (instead of waiting for my turn to speak).
