Seen it many times, but watched the original Rocky last night.  Man that movie is really something.

Game Night was pretty good. Not as funny as Horrible Bosses but still pretty funny. Probably more of a rental.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

That was a sad realization for me when I rewatched it a couple years ago.

But I guess too many voters were offended by the fact that they didn’t make Sam Rockwell’s character a completely one-dimensional creep.

lol

Weird take.  I mean, he did win the Oscar for that character.

The Clapper was just ok. Great premise for a story, love the leading actors (Ed Helms and Amanda Seyfreith [sic]), but it just didn't all come together.

I thought Lady Bird was gonna be good and it was for the first half hour or so. But none of the main characters are likable and the story just meanders. People compare this to Juno, but it’s not nearly as good. Would skip.

Jumanji wasn’t very good. Had a few LOL funny moments. But the cartoonish action sequences toward the end were just dumb and the movie went too long. The Young Adult “I totally relate to you” scenes peppered throughout felt forced and made the movie drag. Also getting tired of Dwayne Johnson being The Rock, even in a self deprecating way.

Get Out. It’s just Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner crossed with Stepford Wives. But I liked it! I’m not big into horror but this was more funny than scary or gory.

Me too. Seems like it's not getting very broad screenings. I'll probably wait for the rental.

Annihilation and Lost City of Z will be available on Netflix this summer. Looking forward to seeing both. However, they're saying Annihilation is built to be better enjoyed in the theatres.

The greatest showman. Pretty decent in the theater. Bet it would suck at home.

I saw Jurassic Park in a midnight premiere which was pretty badass at the time.

The only movie I’d say needs to be seen in 3D IMAX is Gravity.
