Lol at the announcers arguing about what makes an upset.

Barry was unreal tonight. Cartier was really good. Dean and Wade were solid.

We are such a bad rebounding team. I mean, even in a night where I thought we gave our best effort of the year, we got destroyed on the boards.

Fred only scored 6 points.  Our bench has to produce.

No, they work LHN games together and have for a couple of years. They are a little too chummy together and it makes their broadcasts sound like trash, they're always like that.

1) Effort was really good first 15 minutes.

2) with the 74-62 lead, we had held OSU to just under 1.00 PPP and 41.7 eFG.   The last 2:15, we played too tenative and a bit lazy.  They scored their final 8 times

3) 58-58 game. Time Out. We scored 28 pts in last 14 Possessions.

4) OSU was tremendous shooting FTs. After we started just 6-13, we made 22 of our last 24 FTs.

That was a tough gritty win by our team.  Three or four guys played while under the weather including Wade, Brown and Stokes.  Made the clutch plays when we needed to.  Barry Browns effort ranks up there with with the best we have seen.  Sorry if some of you were not able to see this game in person.

just think, if Barry only scores 33 we probably lose to one of the worst teams in the conference at home.

Good win by the Cats.  OSU isn't a pushover by any means. Our defensive philosophy absolutely drives me nuts though.

I only watched the last five minutes and the number of times we overhelped on a drive and gave up a wide open three was astounding.

you'd be hard pressed to find a better win than Okie State at home.  that team beat tulsa by 12, so you know they're good.

It would sucked to waste Barry's performance.  The previous night had Ku not gotten a career high 27 from Newman they might have lost to lowly Isu at the Phog

If we are gonna have a chance going forward, we have to get better contributions from Wainright/Patrick. Those 2 are gonna be the first ones off the bench to sub our 1-4 spots. Last night in 28 Minutes they gave us 3 pts 2 reb 2 asst. 1-4FG 0-2FT.  Need more than that. 5 fouls 5 combined Pts/Reb.

Obviously Dean taking 5 shots is not ideal either

I think the missing link defensively is a rim protector.  We are so concerned with help defense on a dribble drive that we leave at least 2 guys wide open outside.

If you want a good chuckle, watch Wainwright.  He refuses to sprint.  It's hilarious.  He jogs everywhere.  Even when his man is beating him down court, jogs.  It cost us 2 easy baskets and to oscar's credit, he didn't see much of the floor in the second half.

I think we overcompensated. OSU gets the ball out in transition as well as anyone I've watched this year and their guards constantly got to the rim throughout the first half and much of the 2nd. They just adjusted to drive and kick at the end once they decided to foul and extend the game.
