If I recall, the Second Wind program was an idea that originated at K-State under early Snyder.  Had to delay bringing it in until the NCAA decided it was a good idea and not an extra benefit.  Sort of a norm now at most schools.

this is kind of like when you're PAK'ing all day and then get tired and one of your buds buys a shot for you and you both do the shot and it re-energizes you and you can PAK for more hours

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000804666/article/2017-nfl-draft-28-of-95-early-entry-prospects-go-undrafted

Should early entrants be allowed to return to college if they go undrafted (and prefer not to go the UFA route)?

KD Cannon not getting picked is surprising.  at Ish Zamora

To answer your question, no I don't think they should be allowed back. I do think they should do what the NBA does and that's let them declare then change their mind earlier in the process. A complicating factor in this is that signing day occurs essentially just as the NFL season ends so it would put the schools in the position of whether or not they should hold a scholarship for this player. There wouldn't be enough time for these players to get an NFL evaluation to know if they should return or not unless they changed the date of college signing day.

I would like to see the NFL put some skin in the game when they tell these guys they have a "mid round" grade like Lee received.  Something like you get a first round or 2nd round grade = $100k if you don't get drafted and $50k for a 3-5th and a 6-7th is 0 and you go back to school.

I'd rather have all of our good Juniors come back for next year than for the streak to continue.

Hmm, I assumed he was a senior since they didn't mention other juniors like DJamer Reed and Dalton Risner in the write-up.

Please explain yourself. There is no guarantee that any of our underclassmen will get drafted. Look what happened to Elijah - he didn't contribute to the draft streak, but he would be a pretty awesome asset if he were still here. Bottom line, the draft streak is overrated.

I'm fairly certain ww was being facetious. Who is overrating the draft streak? It is impressive, especially given the K-State has no talent narrative, but no one is acting like it has some great meaning. I'm not sure why this is even a topic of conversation now, anyway if we're as good as projected we'll have a player drafted.

Maybe not the right thread but I'm so pumped that DJamer signed with vayner sports.
