The 2nd guy I think had field passes. The cops were staring at him thinking he had the right credentials to be on the field.

First guy could have got away.... He was so confused he didn't k of what to do when he didn't get tackled right away.

Was talking to the one of the cops after it happened to get some info. The penalty for doing this is a Class C Misdemeanor, so it is essentially the equivalent of a speeding ticket. So essentially no real penalty
