If we're playing to win the WS we want home field. If we're playing for getting to the ALCS then I guess it doesn't matter.

Yeah, I'm about the WS. If we can't get past whoever we play in the ALDS to take advantage of HFA then I'll be really disappointed anyway.

if they win the one seed, they still have a less than 25% of playing houston (i think, haven't done the math), so that's what i want. one seed vs texas or laa would be great for winning % (i think). one seed vs nyy would be the most fun.

will kinda suck if the get the one seed and play houston. would really suck to get the two seed and play houston. trash team, trash stadium and trash city.

btw, if my in my head math is right, opponent (worst vs best) in the ds is roughly 5x as important as hfa in the cs.

they let our #1 pitcher throw 97 yesterday so I would imagine that would be around the limit.

85-90 pitch limit (but young was on a 90 limit last start and threw 100). volkie is supposed to throw an inning in relief, which seems odd.

wow. ground slam in the first inning. two errors helped in putting the runners on, so i guess maybe they'll still let him pitch the 2nd.
